Hamas Bad Boy Imad Kawasme, the head of the Hamas military wing in the West Bank city of Hebron, surrendered to the Israel Defense Forces on Wednesday morning when troops surrounded his safe house in an arrest raid.
Kawasme is suspected of dispatching two suicide bombers who carried out the August 31 terror attack in the southern city of Be'er Sheva in which 16 people were killed and 100 others wounded.
