God Punished New Orleans for Voting for Kerry
That makes about much sense as the nonsense coming from the left.
Apparently the left is simply telling a bunch of lies.
First, even while people are still dying, the left is making unsupported allegations about "cuts" in flood control spending for the Corps of Engineers.
Flood control funding: FY2004 and FY2005. $320 million for both years.
Another one of their lies is that President Bush somehow held a gun to the head of people in Louisiana and forced them to stop working on the levees.
Levee Failures: Another Leftist Lie.
It looks like we'll have to go over this again and again because the liberals are refusing to admit they lied about funding for the Corps of Engineers.
Corps of Engineer Funding (because liberals refuse to admit they lied).
And oh boy, wait till the left gets wind of this...
The Navy has hired Houston-based Halliburton Co. to restore electric power, repair roofs and remove debris at three naval facilities in Mississippi damaged by Hurricane Katrina.
