Dear Moonbat
This is way more attention than she needs or deserves:

From the website, which can be found by clicking on the book cover:
... the goal of this book is to tell Cindy and the rest of the Left why the Iraq war is a noble cause. We need you to write a letter to Cindy, of up to 1000 words detailing why America’s involvement in Iraq is a “noble cause.” Pick any reason you’d like, as long as you write clearly and concisely. Our staff will edit all submission and compile them into a book, which we'll distribute through 25,000 bookstores on Amazon.com.
Please do not include any obscenities, vulgarity or insults. They will be edited out of all submissions. Let’s not stoop to her level. Be persuasive, credible, and clear.
Yup. Write your letter, they'll put it in the book. Considering that there are only two words I'd like to say to Cindy (and they're not happy birthday), I don't think my contribution to this literary effort would be appreciated.
So, I'll put my letter to Cindy in the extended comment section right here. If you really need to get if off your chest, feel free to post your letter to Cindy in my comments section too. Oh, and feel free to use whatever language you need to express your true feelings.
Why not? After all, I would imagine that letters to Cindy left here in my comments have as good a chance at actually being read by Cindy as the letters in that book.

Dear Cindy:
As the mother of a soldier presently serving in Iraq, I support my son fully and completely, praying every day for his safety and for the success of his mission. You and your kind are shameful and repulsive, and an insult to military mothers everywhere.

Dear Cindy,
Sometimes I daydream about you.
I imagine us as a married couple.
Then I think how about how much fun we could have had.
I dream about how I could have chained you in the basement, and delivered daily savage beatings to you.
Ah, to daydream.

Dear Cindy,
The only treatment you deserve is daily cattle prod massage.
