Today is the Day!

28 months. That's the price you pay when you conspire with terrorists against the United States of America.

Wild Thing reports that The Judge is a Clinton appointment. Figures.

Judge John George Koeltl:
Federal Judicial Service: Judge, U. S. District Court, Southern District of New York Nominated by William J. Clinton on April 26, 1994, to a seat vacated by Shirley Wohl Kram; Confirmed by the Senate on August 9, 1994, and received commission on August 10, 1994.

I'll be writing one last note to Judge Koeltl.

-----------------------------------

Hopefully, we have made a difference in the life of a terrorist. Thank you, all of you, who wrote letters to the judge.

Lynne "I am not a traitor" Stewart

Lynne has made her nine-page appeal to the Judge for leniency at her upcoming sentencing hearing, admitting that she broke the law but claiming "I am not a traitor" and the old standby that she was just doing her job as best as she knew how.

Except Lynne's terrorist sympathies and incinations show through, she writes of her compassion for this evil bastard who plotted against us, how she was moved to help him through compassion and understanding of his plight, and how she yearned to see him set free. Nowhere in any of her writings does Lynne Stewart any mention compassion for the victims.

“I still believe it was justifiable — but perhaps not in the way that I did it, ” Ms. Stewart said in a sober interview in a borrowed room in the Manhattan offices where she used to practice law. She was speaking of her actions in June 2000 to violate strict prison rules, known as special administrative measures, by publicizing a message from the sheik to his militant followers in Egypt.

Of course she had to admit it, after all, Lynne was recorded bragging about her skills as an actress which she used to fool the prison guards into believing she was a lawyer instead of a terrorist, saying, "I can get an award for it" which was translated to the Sheikh: "She is saying, Your Eminence, that she can get an award for acting (all three laugh).

"The September 11 terrorist attacks on America were an "armed struggle" like Hiroshima and Dresden. I have a lot of trouble figuring out why that is wrong, especially when people are placed in a position of having no other way." Lynne Stewart

"I don't have any problem with Mao or Stalin or the Vietnamese leaders or certainly Fidel locking up people they see as dangerous. Because so often, dissidence has been used by the greater powers to undermine a people's revolution." Lynne Stewart

"To rid ourselves of the entrenched, voracious type of capitalism that is in this country that perpetuates sexism and racism, I don't think that can come nonviolently." Lynne Stewart

"I don’t believe in anarchistic violence, but in directed violence. That would be violence directed at the institutions which perpetuate capitalism, racism, and sexism, and the people who are the appointed guardians of those institutions, and accompanied by popular support." Lynne Stewart

Today is the day Lynne Stewart will be sentenced for her crimes against America. Hopefully, the letters we sent asking Judge Koeltl to show no leniency to Lynne Stewart for her crimes and asking him to impose the maximum sentence allowed for plotting with terrorists will be heeded.

I say let Justice be served:

Just a suggestion...

"I have a lot of trouble figuring out why that is wrong, especially when people are placed in a position of having no other way." Lynne Stewart

Well knock me down and kick my ass but whose fault is it that those folk were put in said position in the first lace??? It sure as hell wasn't us...I would love to get back all the money in aid we have given out to all those Morons...Turn off the money pipeline and hear the rest of the world scream...Why not send Lynne to the Hells Angels wing of Folsom prison in California I'm sure the would get her attention...

This is why the war on terror must be fought as a WAR and not as a law enforcement problem She should be shot,

What's that judges name again? Stanley Cohen-Koeltl? If Stanley Cohen is the Hamas Lawyer then Koeltl is the Hamas Judge.

This just proves to the entire nation that they'll give one of their own the lightest sentence then let them out for an extended appeals process. Justice be damned.
Thank you Linda, you, many others and I tried and failed to get this judge to impose the maximum sentence. This is another example of why judicial selection is as/or more inportant than the selection of a legislator. Judge Koeltl essentially gave Stewart the equivalent of a verbal reprimand. This is the green light for the Islamo-Fascist enemy, thanks to the Marxist Clinton appointee.

Considering that the building this judge works in is considered a primary target of the people he has just helped protect, all I can say is one day the fickle finger of fate may point at him.

The Clinton Legacy is terrorism in our streets.

Judge John Koeltl
Here is a typical liberal judge who refuses to sentence this traitor for what she is, a TERRORIST. This is a perfect example why G.Bush feared terrorist getting access to our court system.
Anyone who enables the enemy is a traitor and should be sentenced to life in prison or death.
judge Koeltl, next terrorist hit you personally should be among the ones held responsible. You're a sorry example of a Judge.
FACT every nation or state in history of time who has given up it's military strength for appeasement and passivism has been over throw and inslaved.
I served my country to fight terrorism, SEMPER FI lost some good friends in the war on terror. and this fool slaps this bitches hand.
