Face to Face with Jay Robert Grodner, Anti-Military Asshat

Yep, this is him, in all his glory:

Attorney Jay Robert Grodner

This is the anti-war asshat lawyer that keyed Marine Sgt Mike McNulty's car.

Marine Sgt Mike McNulty is on activation orders to Iraq (second tour). On December 1st, 2007, Mike went to visit a friend in Chicago before deploying to say goodbye. In order to get to his friend's residence, and keep in mind that Chicago is a myriad of diagonal and one-way streets, the front entrance (right way) to the one-way street was blocked. Mike, being a Marine, overcame and adapted by driving around the block to the other end of the street and backing up all the way to his friend's place.

While saying goodbye, at about 11am, he noticed a man leaning up against his car. Mike left his friend's apartment and caught the man keying his car on multiple sides.

As it turns out, the man is Chicago lawyer Jay R. Grodner, who owns a law firm in the city and has offices in the suburbs.

Head on over to Blackfive for the full story.

The asshat nearly missed showing up at court, my buddy Nigel tells us that Groder told the court he was late because the traffic was bad, and he made a wrong turn. Since the warrant hadn’t actually been issued prior to his arrival, the court granted a continuance.

‘tis true about Grodner's prior charges. Nigel found that he was disciplined by the Bar for being involved in a scheme to forge documents, and since then, engaged in a conflict of interest with his clients, has abandoned his clients, has engaged in false billing, has engaged in a fraud upon his clients, provided ineffective assistance of counsel, and has engaged in a “fraud upon the court”.

He’ll likely be disbarred over this, unless he heads off to rehab. I’m sad to say, the Bar is generally sympathetic to rehab.

UPDATE: The mocking has commenced.

We have an unhealthy trend in this country to place the law above the law, to allow the law too many excesses and to blindly believe they are always above reproach. This ratbastard is a continuation of the inbred comtempt of the legal profession for our military, look at Congress, the most egregious being the Phelps Chartered law firm AKA The Westboro Baptist Church of Topeka, Kan. Personally I'd like to pick up the news paper and read the headlines "Attorney Jay Robert Grodner was found in a mass grave along with Fred Phelps and his followers, all had been buried alive". To me that would be only a partial justice as the Prince of Darkness would be tasked with keeping them warm and toasty.

Fuck this fat hairy fuck! Real justice would be to put this gerbil rancher in restraints and let Sgt. McNulty shave him with a roll of duct tape. Not that I have any personal feelings about the whole thing, mind you.

I don't know whether to thank you for that gross photo and link to his dating site or not. On the one hand, I linked to your site so my readers can see...on the other hand I am getting barraged with profanity-laced complaints about projectile vomiting and wretching.

Anyway, hope you are having a terrific New Year! And let's hope this scumbag gets disbarred...and maybe a little jail time.

Push the News Media to run this story. I did and many voices are better than one. I wrote to ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX News. I also contacted the local TV stations in Denver and San Francisco. There is no room for this type of action - PERIOD! Let alone again a man doing the job for which he voluntered for. Don't just talk about it - do something!

Would you mind photoshopping some clothes on him? I think I'm going to be sick.
