Dammitwoman, I believed you the first time!
I blame this grotesque election season on Bill Clinton. He developed the "permanent campaign" as he sat in the White House for eight benighted years. So now it's part of the political landscape - permanent campaign 24/7/365. And the new campaign will begin before the new president is sworn in, I guarantee.

Yes Linda that really sums it up.
McCain needs to get ahead of the train and put some positive spin on his rhetoric, he sure as hell hasn't got the conservative base wrapped up as he obviously believes.
