This should be required study, this speech was made a year before I entered military service, it is prophetic, that party Ronald is talking about has aided the spread of Communism under the pretext of Democracy. We see glaring examples of their decisions in N. Korea, Vietnam, the Six Day War, Iraq and Afghanistan. "Peace without victory" What peace?
