Greer is Incompetent
and because of that, Terri is dying.
Clearwater, Florida - Judge George Greer admits there was an error in fact in the 2000 trial that established Terri Schiavo's "right to die."
When a family friend claimed a 19-year-old Terri was upset that right to die icon Karen Ann Quinlan's parents removed her from life support, the Judge discounted the testimony, reportedly because the Judge said Quinlan died in 1976.
Quinlan was taken off life support in 1976, but died in 1985. A technical error, yes. But Wednesday afternoon, Judge Greer ruled it was not enough to affect the outcome of the 2000 lawsuit that held Terri would not want to be kept alive with severe brain damage.
This is not a right to die case, this is a right to life case. Terri has the right to life, and Greer has denied Terri her right to life because of his ignorance.
Pay attention America: Terri's case is not about living wills or any other kind of will, in fact, it negates the point of having a will.
Terri did not have a living will. If she had, perhaps she would have been dead years ago. If she had, there would have been no basis for a lawsuit by Michael to collect money for her care. If she had, there would have no money given to Michael by a sympathetic jury who did so based on his promise that if they gave him the money, he would spend it on caring for Terri, for therapy, etc.
Instead, Terri is being murdered because a judge is too damn ignorant for his own good. There was no living will. Terry is being killed by an ignorant judge to please her husband.
If you can be put to death without a living will because someone wants to you to be, and based on a judge's ignorance, what good is a living will or any will for that matter????
Try to litigate someone's last wishes in probate court without a will, try to do it based on what someone "said."
Why not? We now have legal precedent.

I've watched America change, and it is neither good, nor pleasant. My country has altered, step by step, as planned by those who it seems worship death. A modern day cult of Baal exists, celebrating death. These ceremonies often include human sacrifice and temple prostitution just as in ancient times, only today we call it abortion and child sexualizing. Within the religion there appeared to be numerous priests and various classes of devotees. During the ceremonies they wore appropriate robes (black with gavels?). The ceremonies included burning incense, and offering burnt sacrifices, occasionally consisting of human victims. Sounds all too familiar doesn’t it.
In a grand leap of exuberance, we all have seen the excitement, the savage joy, as they pressured for the slow starving death of a woman. She is a sacrifice to their bloody non-god liberal deity of Leftism, and a way to prevent consideration of the value of life in any manner. To do so, would evoke the terrible power of life appreciation to be applied to the process of killing babies that is their primary sacrificial source. Many have taken part in this anti-life effort, and we need to recognize each for their contribution to the Sub-humanization of America.
Judges hold her life in their hands, as they argue over the possibility one of their exalted kind had made a mistake of some procedural observance. Judge after judge weigh the possibilities, perhaps silent and slow to do so, for such a possibility would give an ‘all-too-human’ aspect to these black garbed wonders. The chance one of their kind had made a mistake far more important then the slow dying of a woman in their charge. I fear they are far too much like the roman emperors of old, overseeing the empire, even as it dies of self-corruption.
The media extends amazing energy in a mass regurgitation of data and information so twisted that most people too lazy to actually look into this matter, will think she is brain-dead, on life-support, and a vegetable. The actual condition of this woman is hidden by her husband, and those who may have reasons for preventing such clarity in this matter. The hunters of truth are absent and only the leftist propagandists are left to ‘inform and shape’ public opinion.
The sheer joy they must feel at other’s pain and conflict is second only to their collective willingness to use opinion as reporting, fabrication for truth, and omission for fact. Like the information manipulators of old, they seek their own agenda, and honesty, truth, and even reality are warped by these masters of miss-information. On such as these do so many count on for the scraps of information they form their easily changed opinions, mined by the media for their polls offered up as truth. Liars, professional liars, and self-styled elitists, who champion the ruination of America in order that it might be rebuilt in the personal image of the perfect socialist state.
Michael Schiavo has held to the position as her loving husband, even as he sleeps with another woman out of wedlock, upon whom he has fostered children, and by that very act either has become a bigamist and a criminal, or at least a bigamist and no longer a husband, (and thus not eligible to be Terri’s ‘guardian’.) He has kept a tight controlling hand on Terri’s care and medical care, and its one of the reason why we know so little as to her health, how she came to be that way, and why she has never gotten the help she needs. Perhaps, if she dies soon enough, he hopes we will overlook his bigamy, as we give way before his grief. Of course, if he had acted as a husband, it might have helped the image he presents to the world. He will never really convince most of us that he cared beyond the money. Sad to say, Terri was more an income source then a loved one.
Such are the actors upon the stage before us, and we watch the terrible things they do with fear and loathing. Somewhere along the path before us, Terri’s fate will be decided by those of less then a compassionate bent. Laws, anger, greed, fame, power, fear, hate, and inhumanity in the name of PC and a socialist agenda will hover over her, and in the end, take her despite our tears and pain. America is changing, being assaulted from within, in our schools, courts, caucuses, and unless we really want to save it, it too will die, though a bit harder and even crueler along the way. In a way our country’s fate is going to be that of Terri’s.
If we permit this act to play out, we are no better then those who kill her. We are not fit to be calling ourselves Christian, for we will be allowing others to murder an innocent on the altar of PC, as we stand by and wring our hands and complain that it was wrong. Like those who do this deed, we too are being judged, and the one judging us will see this as the final test of our faith. How will you judge the one you see in the mirror, as a real Christian, proud of their faith and living it, or a pretender unfit to complain at mankind’s fate? How will you be seen by the Father of us all?
