MMP - Gotcha!
Two days into the Minuteman Project and eighteen criminals have been arrested.
Volunteers for an effort to patrol the Mexican border reported their first sighting of suspected illegal immigrants, resulting in 18 arrests, authorities said Sunday.
Participants in the Minuteman Project saw the migrants Saturday near Naco as the volunteers were surveying the border to familiarize themselves with the area. When agents arrived, they apprehended 18 people, Border Patrol spokesman Andy Adame said.
"You observe them, report them and get out of the way," said Mike McGarry, a spokesman for the project, which begins today and is to continue for a month.
All of America owes these brave men a thank you for protecting our borders.

Note how the AP reporter calls the illegal immigrants "migrants" instead of, say, "invaders"!

A local paper interviewed an illegal and asked him why he did it.
He said to improve the life of his children.
How are you going to stop people with that kind of motivation?
You might as well be trying to stop the smuggling of some drugs.

This rationalization simply cannot work.
If I rob a bank to improve the life of my children, that would make it okay? Society should accept the crime?
Of course not.
